• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., major credit/debit cards and other supported digital payment methods).

• You represent that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

• We use industry-standard measures to protect payment information submitted through checkout; however, we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers — payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor(s).

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Best Of Fragrances represents that all products sold on the Site are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. If you believe you received a non-authentic product, contact us immediately at bestoffragrances@niralco.com with your order number so we can investigate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, costs, and geographic restrictions are described in our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Currently, we ship only within the United States.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

• Promotional/discount codes (including newsletter sign-up codes) must be applied at checkout to be honored. We are unable to apply, edit, or refund a discount code retroactively after an order has been placed.

• Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, may have expiration dates, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of Best Of Fragrances / Niralco LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site (e.g., fragrance brand names) remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including through bots, scraping, or malicious code);

• Resell products purchased from the Site without our prior written authorization.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
